If you would like a copy of your divorce decree, you can come into the office and use the public terminals to print a copy for .25 cents per page plus $1 for certification. Or if you want the staff to print a copy for you, the cost is .50 cents per page plus $1 for certification. Requests can be mailed to DeSoto County Chancery Court, PO Box 949, Hernando, MS 38632. To obtain a copy of a report you may come to the sheriff's department to pick up a copy or call the sheriff's department at 662-469-8027. You must be listed as a complainant or victim in the report to get a copy and also have a valid ID with you. If you are an insurance company or attorney's office, you may mail a request on company letterhead to the Desoto County Sheriff's Department, Attn: Report Request 3091 Industrial Dr. W.. Hernando, MS 38632 and include a check for $10. Reports are generally completed and ready within 5-7 business days. Accident reports can also be obtained by visiting:
