On February 20, 2020, The Chancery Clerk of DeSoto County accepted their first ever E-Recorded document in the Land Records office. E-Recording reduces the processing time and allows customers to file documents from the convenience of their office. No more rushing to the office in Hernando or paying for postage or shipping.
