E-Recording Now Available in Chancery Clerk's Office

On February 20, 2020, The Chancery Clerk of DeSoto County accepted their first ever E-Recorded document in the Land Records office. E-Recording reduces the processing time and allows customers to file documents from the convenience of their office. No more rushing to the office in Hernando or paying for postage or shipping.

A special thank you to the entire Land Records Team, the DeSoto County I.T. Department, Harris Recording Solutions, our preferred E-Recording Submitters, and our Customers for your contributions to this project. E-Recording has been a goal of the Chancery Clerk’s office for years and we are so proud to bring this service to DeSoto County.

Visit our website for more information about E-Recording or to find out how to get setup to E-Record in DeSoto County.
