Your tax dollars hard at work!DeSoto County Supervisors are excited to announce two major road projects are now complete. It’s now smooth sailing on a two-mile section of Horn Lake Road between DeSoto Road and Nail Road. Crews improved drainage and resurfaced the section of the busy road. Funding was provided by the DeSoto County Board of Supervisors, the City of Horn Lake Mayor/Board of Alderman, and the Metropolitan Planning Organization (MPO). “These projects show that when we all work together, great things happen,” said District 4 Supervisor Lee Caldwell.Bridge replacement along Stateline Road northeast of Highway 178 in Olive Branch is now complete. Funding was provided by the DeSoto County Board of Supervisors, the City of Olive Branch Mayor & Board of Alderman, and the MPO. "Improving infrastructure is a top priority in DeSoto County,“ said District 2 Supervisor Mark Gardner.The Board of Supervisors thanks everyone for their patience during these projects.
